Do we deliver internationally?

At this time, we just deliver to the United Arab Emirates.

What are delivery policies over the Christmas period 2016?

If your order is placed on the 22nd of December after 3pm it will not be dispatched until the 27th of December 2016.

What payment options do we accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards as well as cash on delivery.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Do we deliver on weekends?

At this time, we only deliver during the weekdays to addresses in the United Arab Emirates.

Is there a minimum spend for free delivery?

Simply spend AED 200 or more for free delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

What are the hours of delivery?

We deliver Sunday through to Thursday between 8.30am and 6pm.

Can I change the address of my delivery?

Please contact a member of our team to discuss this on +971 4 374 6970 during business hours. Alternatively, please send your request to info@beautifulbrands.me If you order has already been dispatched, this may not be possible.

How long does it take to recieve my order?

Once your order is placed, delivery will be between 2 – 3 days. Please note our courier supplier will only attempt to call 4 times. If the phone hasn’t been answered after 4-5 days your order will be returned to our warehouse.
